We are an interdenominational Christian theology college located in the heart of Manchester, providing diverse and affordable opportunities for Christian learning for lay and ministerial students, with opportunities for flexible study patterns, grants and bursary funding. Whether you want to study part-time, full-time, mid-week, or weekends we have flexi-study patterns to suit most people, including some distance-learning options!
Theological Study & Ministry Training Programmes
We offer a range of courses, workshops and study programmes, combining Christian theological education and ministry training and providing great opportunities to deepen religious and biblical knowledge. As a theology college, our wide-ranging Christian education programme includes in-depth study of the Bible, as well as a wider exploration of theology, faith and ministry.

All our taught courses are designed to support you in your lay or ordained ministry as you deepen your understanding of faith, worship, ministry and mission through reflection upon your own real life ministry and practice in church and the wider community.
Our theology degree courses and short courses include biblical studies, missional theology, evangelism, religious studies and interfaith studies, pastoral and practical theology, systematic theology, ethics, church history and church related community work, as well as contemporary radical and postmodern theologies including different forms of liberation theology. Students on our undergraduate degrees also gain experience in multiple aspects of church leadership, including Bible study, preaching, teaching, Christian education, leading worship, pastoral care and mission and evangelism.
