Glen Marshall:
Evangelism & other Evils: Putting the E-Word in its Place!
A day for all who:
Would like to be able to evangelise Are not sure they like evangelism - even though they think they ought to Feel guilty when anyone mentions evangelism Are tired of all this pussy-footing about and can't work out why people don't just get on with it Have decided that evangelism is well dodgy Long for the good old days of Billy Sunday Don't think they like Billy Sunday Have never even heard of Billy Sunday
We will be looking at such issues as:
What Do We Mean By Evangelism? - untangling a biblical vision from recent practice
Why Won’t Christians Evangelise? - examining the reasons for reluctance
How Then Shall We Evangelise? - mapping the contours of a way ahead
Cost:
£10 for the day, including lunch, or £5 per session.
Times:
Morning Session: 10am-12.30pm
Afternoon Session: 1.30pm-4pm
Please book in advance. Payments can be made by cheque (made payable to Luther King House) or by credit/debit card.
